Let’s cook ~ Fishballs Vegetables Soup

Get more garlic and ginger to be sautéed in sesame oil, to make this soup tasty flavourful J

 

Ingredients:

* 12 pcs fishball

* 1 pc chinese tofu,cut rectangle, fried not crisp

* half piece carrot, sliced thin

* witloof (sawi putih)

* 50 gr black fungus (black ear fungus), put into water to soften, then sliced thin

* spring onion, sliced

* celery, sliced

* onion, chopped

* garlic, chopped

* 1,5 cm ginger, sliced

* salt

* white pepper

* 2 table spoons sesame oil

* 1500 ml water

Cooking steps:

* sauté garlic, onion  and ginger in 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, stir until it smells good

* add fishballs, stir 1 minute

* add carrot, stir 2 minutes

* add salt and white pepper

* add water, cook until its boiling point

* add fried tofu, witloof, and black fungus, stir

* the last, add the sliced spring onion and celery

* served while the soup is still hot/warm
