
This is one of my childhood’s favourite soups. The Chinese Okra is soft and soothing, good to relieve the throat sore.
Ingredients:
* 8-10 pcs chicken balls
* 5 pcs Chinese okra
* 1 piece Chinese yellow tofu,cut thin long (approx. 2 cm)
* 1 piece carrot, sliced thin
* 200 gr vermicelli, put into normal water to soften
* half piece tomato, sliced to 4 slices
* spring onion, sliced
* celery, sliced
* onion, chopped
* garlic, chopped
* 1,5 cm ginger, sliced
* salt
* white pepper
* 2 tablespoons sesame oil
* 1500 ml water

Cooking steps:
* sauté garlic, onion and ginger in 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, stir until it smells good
* add chicken balls, stir 1 minute
* add water, cook until its boiling point
* add carrot, and Chinese okra, stir 2 minutes
* add salt and white pepper
* add Chinese yellow tofu, stir 2 minutes
* the last, add vermicelli, tomato, spring onion and celery, stir a while
* served while the soup is still hot/warm
