Let’s cook ~ Farfalle Pasta with Beef, Vegetable and Cheese

Another single portion of pasta for my lunch. I love the shape of this Farfalle Pasta…it’s fun and lovely 🙂

 

Ingredients:

* Farfalle pasta, boiled with half tablespoon salt in boiling water

* beef small cutlets, boiled

* 2 cm carrot, chopped rough

* broccoli

* cauliflower

* cheddar cheese, grated

* onion, chopped

* garlic, chopped

* salt

* white pepper

* 2 tablespoons olive oil

Cooking steps:

* sauté garlic, and onion in 2 tablespoons of olive oil, stir until it smells good

* add boiled beef cutlets, stir until the meat turns to pale

* add carrot, cauliflower, and broccoli, stir 2 minutes

* add salt and white pepper

* add boiled pasta, stir until everything’s well mixed

* put on a plate, then strew the grated cheese as topping
