Let’s talk about breakfast, again :)

3B.jpg

As I have mentioned in my previous writings START OFF OUR DAY RIGHT https://sherlyhermawan.com/2015/09/20/start-off-our-day-right/   that breakfast is so necessary for me, here I would like to share some ideas for breakfast. I love to set up and take picture of my tasteful and nice-looking dishes.  All of these dishes are homecooked by me, based on my family taste  🙂

1  2

Various vegetables, stirfried. Eat vegetables for breakfast and be fresh all day.

3

Buttered toast with cinnamon sprinkles, fresh strawberries, roasted almonds, and a pinch of raisins. The best time for a new beginning is breakfast time.

4  5

A simple breakfast for a rushed morning, Buttered Toast with Cinnamon Sprinkles. No sugar.

6

Beef sausages fried rice with sunny-side-up, cooked by hubby with love <3. Children and I so love this one.

7

Vermicelli Vegetables Spicy Stirfried. A good option to hold up until lunchtime.

8

Steamed Stuffed Tofu. Small cutlets of sausages with vegetables as the stuffings do make this dish as a good choice for breakfast.

9.jpg

Such a pretty breakfast, isn’t it? A slice of cinnamon cake (baked by a friend of mine, a good baker, Kelly), 2 pcs petite cookies (baked by another good friend baker, Yenny), some slices of red grape and some slices of local apple (Apel Malang). Some petite slices of each sweetness would be more than enough to be thankful for.

10

Mung beans porridge and black glutinous rice porridge. Both are the high source of protein, but no sodium or cholesterol. My husband and I love these healthy breakfast.

11.jpg

It’s a bowl of sugar palm fruit (arenga pinnata, in Indonesian we call it kolang-kaling), mango and red grapes. Fresh and healthy to start the day.

1214

Fruits, the most favorite breakfast. Can’t say no to a full bowl of fresh fruit.

15.jpg

Vegetable and egg salad, made by my girl, Joven. We really feel good everytime we could enjoy the fresh food.

16

Omelette, anyone? I made this nice tofu chives chicken omelette for my breakfast, it’s nice. Eat good food for breakfast and have my good mood all day.

17

18  19

Another favorite for breakfast, oatmeal. Add some fruits and nuts to make it tasteful.

20.jpg

My homemade puff, I have some alternatives of stuffing, just name it, then I will make it…ahha.. Of course, they are all family favorite.
